Accommodation was big size and perfect with courteous staff who exceeded the standard of customer service. I got complimentary deluxe king room in my shower as an upgrade, nice gesture. The breakfast was very good with all the tea and gluten free options, for example, so much to pick from.

We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge were an advantage. Tbh, had a really comfortable stay at this hotel-Great value.

We had a wonderful time at Doubletree By Hilton. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, even providing a cot for our room when they had run out of available beds. The little extras like water and delicious cookies upon check-in made us feel welcomed. The room had a great view of the lagoon and was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the dispenser of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as the additional amenities like mouthwash and a sewing kit. The pool and hot tub were a relaxing way to unwind. we had a great stay and would definitely choose Doubletree By Hilton again when we visit the area.
